To order, go to the ordering page. The link is at the top. From there, you can e-mail the page to me, send me the information in an e-mail, or print the page and mail it. I prefer not to take phone calls.

I take Visa and Mastercard. These pages are not secured, so if you want to pay by credit card, either mail the form, or e-mail and leave your name and phone number, and I'll call you for the credit card information.

Shipping is $5.00 per order. Combine orders with a friend if you want to save shipping.
